  • Cold pressing is a natural extraction process that gently squeezes oil from rapeseed without the use of chemicals or heat. This helps preserve the oil's natural flavour, colour and nutritional qualities.

  • Summer Gold is grown, pressed and bottled at Colworth Farm in the South Downs, West Sussex. Every bottle can be traced back to the fields where the crop was grown.
